One of my friend visited family doctor for consulting "Fat Loss". He is not that fat but want to keep himself fit.
Doctor said this is not a right place for you to visit, of course I can advise you for fat loss, but you need some planner some weight loss motivation. I observed you, over few years you are not loosing weight but it is day by day increasing. So you need the weight loss motivation, guiding you through the systematic plan. The books on weight loss are plenty but they do not reciprocate or judge you plan is working. You are your own judge in that matter.
You can join expensive local work out gyms. There they have guide, but are you serious you want to visit gym every day for an hour at the time slot the gym allocates you. Better off you make your own plan and choose exercise you like.
